Same. Dub Miller used to cover it all the time when I was in college. Had heard some of the more popular songs growing up but this is what really turned me on to his music.

Ugh... That show at Verizon with Todd was the first time of two times I saw him. The 2nd being at the theater on UH campus a few years ago with Justin Townes Earle. I went to both shows with my parents and they were both memorable. My dad held JP as his musical hero and tonight has been hard for him. His albums were the first music I ever remember hearing in the car as kid, along with early REK. I hated both of their voices back then, and used to beg him to turn it off but I eventually learned. RIP.
