I love Ozark and I loved Breaking Bad.

The only negative in either show for me was the main character's annoying AF wife. Both came close enough to being so annoying that I considered bailing. Glad I didn't in BB's case. Withholding judgment on Ozark wife's potential to run me off.

Season 1 was awesome.
Season 2 pretty good.
Season 3 was a let down.

It's hard for me to put into words. I just don't buy that he's this big time money launderer guy. When everyone was getting whacked around him he seemed way too composed for me. I don't dislike him as an actor at all so it's not that.

What if I told you there's an entire episode where a young Marty is infatuated with playing an arcade game at the hospital where his father is dying? Marty doesn't seem phased about what's going on with his father, as he only cares about some game that he believes is cheating him.

And as COMPLETE IDIOT mentioned, Marty's son is autistic, and Marty is probably on the spectrum too.

Given that S2 > S1, I'd say that pattern is already broken.

Unless you meant it's going in reverse? Which also makes no sense since S1 is great.

In any case, based on early reviews of S3, you've got nothing to worry about.

I wouldn't describe Jonah as autistic, Asperger's maybe.

I mean technically Aspergers doesn't exist anymore and it is just considered to be Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The show has writers who know how to get headlines. That's fine and all but it doesn't make the writing on the show particularly good.

I watched the first season and thought it was pretty meh. Maybe will pick it up again if I get bored enough.

Started watching a couple weeks ago. 4 episodes in to the final season. So many twists and turns!

If you thought 1 was meh, dont waste your time.

Just finished season 3. Whoa. I had an idea that's how things would go (trying not to spoil it for anyone that hasn't seen it all).

Season 4 is reportedly gearing up for release Q1 next year, so quite a while to wait!
