No kidding. The internet mob made it sound like Memphis dragged his balls on David's face then porked his mom while burning a cross in their front lawn.

I feel like Memphis way overplayed his safety suite strategy. Was pretty easy to see through what he was doing.

Agree completely and had he been super pumped for Christmas and fully agreed with her Ian pick (how did they not talk about that before...) that would have gone a long way. That "Alliance" is either built to last or will fall a part within the next week.

Yeah, I can see his alliance turning on him because of it. At least from the edit, seems like Christmas was the only one that didn't see through him and, as you said, they had a fallout because of who she picked.
I could also easily see one of his non alliance members winning hoh and, if he doesn't use safety suite, easily putting him on the block because they said he should and didn't.
I think it worked short term, he got a lot of people scared and they used it. I just think he overplayed it and long term it has potential to bite him.

During their little racism discussion on the show did anyone else catch that at no point did anyone actually mention white people saying stuff? The only point where white was mentioned was by Bay and she was saying white boys wanted to date her (not sure if she realizes she is what would be considered "light skinned"....
All of the things Da was saying....are things that black women say about other black females and what black men tend to say when they are interested in a different toned black girls. I have taught long enough in schools with heavy minority populations, what she was describing is not terms white use. Just my thoughts as I watched that.

The part I found frustrating is, she claimed the white people who wanted to date her were just trying to fulfill a fantasy. With no basis of that claim, how could she say that? She's an attractive person, so it blows my mind.
I would assume because she wants to view herself as a victim...its too far from her mind to imagine that she may be looked at in any way but a check box....but I would bet in high school she didnt view it that way, she developed that opinion over time.tailgatetimer10 said:

Where is actuality if a person views you as inferior or less of a person they dont want to sleep with you.
Its almost like they cant even wrap their mind around that David is being treated the way he is because he didnt earn anything and doesnt deserve to be in the game....these younger players have such a victim mentality they have to view all actions as how they were wronged not that the person just doesnt qualify for the job.

So far all day it appears Nicole doesn't have a shot. Kasar/Janelle are trying but it's going nowhere.
Kasar told Memphis earlier it looks like Nicole is going home. Enzo told David he has his and Tyler's vote. Why would they keep David over Nicole? Makes no sense other than so viewers wont' call them racist.

and the greatest irony is David got his shot. Couldn't win HOH week 1. Nobody asked him to do anything week 1. Didn't really try to play the game too much or get to know others.

1. I find it odd that people had their mind made up on getting rid of David, sure wonder what happened in the DR
2. A long time till eviction night, so you never know. But it does in fact look like Nicole is gone. She's been miserable ever since put on the block.

Agree. It didn't even feel like there were organic conversations. Out of nowhere Dani, Tyler & Enzo all were just going to vote to keep David. I haven't even really read or seen updates/watched feeds on how they even got to that point.

The only thing David is trying hard to do is get on camera trying to have deep conversations and get those sound bytes about trying to make history. He just doesn't want to have to play the actual game much less know how to play it.
Memphis is right about Janelle trying to save people who are on the block instead of themselves. If that's the case you just have to cut them loose.
