How long do you want to ignore this user?
my guess is those types of convos with Cliff would be only possible over beers.

That makes sense. No paper trail.

Geez, how many times has the HOH winner won the POV this season? Seems like much more than usual.

Six out of ten times so far, with one more to go.
For comparison, it happened three out of 13 times last season, and three out of 14 times the season before that.

Cliff, how much did production feed you lines when you filmed in the DR?
Did they ask questions that would make you question how you were playing the game or game intentions for people inside and outside your alliance?

They would ask a lot of questions about your strategies, what you're thoughts were, etc. And there were a lot of "what if such and such was to happen?"or "Can you walk us through all the scenarios of what you think might happen?" Questions like that could certainly make us suspicious, but I really think that they were just trying to get plenty of video for whichever way they wanted to spin our storylines.

As far as being fed lines in the DR, for the most part they would ask us to use our own words, but if you said something that they really liked, they would encourage you to say it in different ways or it would turn into a bit of an ongoing thing. That's what happened with my "before the wife" jokes. I used that a couple of times, and suddenly was being asked for new versions of it every week. So we weren't fed lines, but we also were "encouraged" and often could figure out what they were looking for.

Being that I am still under contract with CBS.... you're probably right!

Nope. The diary room has a camera pointed at you and a speaker on the floor to your right. So we never actually see anyone during our DR sessions.

Maybe it's always there and I've never noticed, but it looked in a few shots like there was an iPad or some sort of tablet to the right of the HGs in the DR (so to the door side). What's it for? I see them always glancing that way. I'm just curious what it is or why it is there. Maybe it's the speaker you speak of.

Are they replaying the comp for you so you can commentate on what's going on as the completion is "happening"?

That is new to BB All Stars. It is a tablet if some sort that allowed the houseguests to post on Social Media. They couldn't read anything online or even see responses to their posts. It was a one way communication only.
I'm guessing one or more of the houseguests might have demanded such an option in order to satisfy some of their followers.

Nope. We are often asked to comment on a competition using present tense verbiage, since so much of it is played on tv during the comps. But it is all after the fact and a matter of us just going off of memory for the most part.
Now those DR moments where we are explaining how the comp works, rules, etc. Those are a bit more scripted as we are serving as a narrator during those moments.

Do they give you an earpiece or something for those comps when you narrate?

Cliff -- now its time for the real BB scoop.

How did the houseguests make due with only one bathroom? Seems to me that between 16 people, there may not have been a whole lot of poop time.

haven't read anything this week. Is Memphis set to go? I would have to think there's no way Cody would risk it and Enzo probably now realizes what an idiot he is for immediately telling Cody about the other Wise Guys, but he doesn't have the votes to turn it since Nicole would break the tie against Memphis.

Memphis set him up for success and he in turn gave the fortune to Cody.

Yes for some of the veto competitions early in the season where not everyone was competing. For several of the veto comps, the chosen host was given a high dollar ear piece to wear so that they could recite the rules and give some commentary during the competition. But for HOH, where all but the current HOH was competing, we just had the rules read to us before beginning. And then after the competition was over, the HOH would repeat commentary as requested, and as though the event was currently going on. Production could then take those sound bites and play them during the taped competition.

Almost positive that Memphis is going, but he doesn't know it yet. Enzo wants to tell him before the eviction, but Cody and Nicole are more inclined to just let Memphis be blindsided.
Enzo has been pushing to go send Christmas home instead, but hasn't been able to convince Cody, and I don't think he will before the vote.

He is the definition of deadweight in this game. Spineless. I kind of figured the whole "split vote" was drummed up by production just to have something interesting to talk about on TV. Was never likely to happen. What a waste of airtime.

He is the HOH, so he has to make some type of move now (somewhat because the final POV winner is the final decider)

so if Enzo/Nicole/Cody win POV, Xmas goes home...if Xmas wins, Cody goes home.

You would think Nicole and Enzo would realize if they take out Cody, they are in the drivers seat to win the game because it would earn the most respect from the jury as making the big move to win. No one is beating Cody in the final two.

Enzo talks nonstop about how he's there to make big moves and then wusses out when it's time.

He won't take Cody out if he wins the POV. Nicole or christmas absolutely will though I think.

Nicole would have won me over if she swapped out Christmas with Cody. I don't like her, but that was a layup opportunity for her.
Jimmy McNulty
How long do you want to ignore this user?

It will be even more of a layup if she wins the veto and has an opportunity to take the shot with the sole decision to do it.
Bunk Moreland
How long do you want to ignore this user?
If Nicole won POV this week and sent Cody packing and then won final HOH I'd give her my vote. That would be a fantastic move and while I don't appreciate her whiny, tag-along gameplay all season...it'd be the absolute right call at the right time.
Jimmy McNulty
How long do you want to ignore this user?
AG
Agreed. I will still not want her to win because she's so whiney and fake but she could at least say she made the biggest move and deserving of the win. As a two time winner, she would have the crown as the greatest player of all time and that would suck because her style of gameplay sucks.
Hey...so.. um

My wife and I were talking about this last night. Cody tells Enzo enough to keep him loyal, enzo tells cody everything, just like cody did for Derrick.

The big mistake for Memphis was not understanding that Enzo isn't very good at this game as far as winning the whole thing. It didn't help Enzo's game to tell cody about the other wise guys when he did. Enzo could have clipped Christmas then had a 50/50 shot of getting Nicole out and then a 100% chance of going to final 2. Enzo is not smart. He is likeable, but not strategic.
