Does it get really gory? If not, I really like what I saw. Looks like a solid couple of hours I can forget about 2020.

Look up his filmography. He's doing a lot of these films 2019-2020. I doubt he's broke.

Love how one person asks how Thomas Jane and Bruce Willis are in this and then every subsequent poster just asks about Bruce because Jane hasn't worked since 2007.

I say he hasn't acted, you point to some tv show on the sci-fi network. In possibly making your point, you definitely made my point.
Some the guys keep working all of the time for the money, others because it keeps them out of trouble. Others just because they like it and I get it. Being on set when you are "talent" is a pretty fun time. Lots of sitting around but even the extras are treated a little differently by the crew. There are worse ways to spend a day.
Bruce is not broke. It would take someone working minimum wage about a hundred years to make what his day rate was on our movie. Also you have to pay a lot of money to his entourage. Then you have to pay for his travel which is a private flight and lodging, food etc. He was not cheap but he still has quite a bit of value which is why we were able to make this movie with a loan and not take on investors.

That's awesome! John McClain is one of my idols! Up there with Indiana Jones, you don't question how something is possible... the simple answer is "he is John McClain, that's all you need to know"!

random question.. why on the credits screen does it say 'starring' with a slew of names after it, and then 'with' Thomas Jane?
Is that some sort of regulated phrasing or just random?

It is a credit obligation that was negotiated in his contract. You can negotiate the "with" credit or "and" credit. The person doing the credits got it right in the trailer but messed up and put "and" in the film credits. So I am having to get a credit waiver from his agent.62strat said:

I don't understand why people get surprised about actors like this starring in lower budget movies.

I remember this.... hell IIRC he was going to film it at Canyon Lake. I think I volunteered for a lecherous old man type role.
