At the time my old roommate's boyfriend was a sales agent and my connection to distributors. He shopped around the concept and while we got positive responses they all told us no more shark movies right now. Screen Media who is the foreign distributor on the Bruce movie had just given a minimum guarantee on Shark Lake for every territory outside North America and were not interested in another sharks in a lake movie.

This is a pretty ridiculous statement. The Expanse is an awesome show and Thomas Jane is GREAT in it. It's on it's 5th season now. The first 3 seasons are much better than most movies being made these days.

I've been too busy to watch seasons 4 and 5.
