That reminds me, if a top 4 seed comes out of your group you also get a bracket named for you.

There's only one entry from these twenty that doesn't deserve a vote.

Disagree.

The Contest episode of Seinfeld separates itself. The fact that a major network sitcom was able to have an entire episode based around that, constantly skirting the edge and making jokes, with so many memorable quotes and dialogues. It takes the cake in that group.

I voted for that entry, but it doesn't change the fact that the other entries are good enough to win many of the other brackets (except Schoolhouse Rock).

But the beauty of this contest is not about historical notability, it's just what thing makes you the happiest or you remember the most fondly. That's the joy of this ridiculous tournament. personally I think anyone not voting for Big Trouble in Little China is a moron, but I understand there are other choices.

I agree with you on both counts! The Contest episode makes me happiest in that group. And Big Trouble In Little China should be a strong, strong contender going forward.

Unfortunately Big Trouble is unlikely to make it out of its own group. But it did have its own tournament so I can't be too sad.

Quick, somebody make a greatest quotes bracket and have the Anakin sand quote as the only Star Wars entry.

Really strong vote today. As of now about 9 of today's entries are going to make the field of 64.

The final day's groups have some real doozies among them, I'd say 2 and possibly 3 of the 5 groups have 3 entries that could win a substantial # of groups.

Tomorrow night I'll seed the 4 brackets and we'll be off to the races

Thursday - Round of 64
Friday - Round of 32
Saturday - Sweet 16
Sunday - Elite 8
Monday - Final Four
Tuesday - title round

After this is over, I've got one tournament left in the chamber - best moments from Game of Thrones - then I'll be on another tournament hiatus for a while.

The USS Indy speech is my favorite scene in any movie or tv show. That was an easy pick.
