Absolutely loved this series. Coach Mosley and his staff are heroes and should be celebrated.

I really enjoyed the episode where they went to the retreat and he let the kids clown him.

I'm a couple of episodes in and I'm sold. I will say, however, that I enjoyed the seasons at Gulf CC and Indy way better. For some reasons the seasons set in urban areas lose it a little for me.

"Do y'all WANT this?? Come ooooon, man! Do y'all FRICKIN' WANT THIS??? GooooooLLLLLLEEEEYYYYY!!!!!" - Coach Mosley

I swear I hear his voice when I'm grocery shopping now.

I love the LCU series...and this season did not disappoint.

There is always some concern when pivoting to a new sport, but the production that the LCU team does is simply phenomenal.
There is only so much drama you can film in a documentary, but that playoff game was intense! Being that no one follows JUCO, I had no clue who was going to win.

That is always one of the best part of each LCU season.....is the idea that we really don't know who will win the games when the featured team is playing a team as good as them.

All three coaches were excellent, and unlike past seasons.....you just don't have this negative vibe from the people that are supposed to be in charge of the kids.

I wouldn't mind a few more basketball seasons before returning back to football.

So the virus went from corona to China??
I was literally laughing out loud.

Just as an FYI.....Corona is a suburb in Southern California.
I couldn't tell if that dude was joking, or being serious.

If the Pandemic was called the Plano-virus I could see someone from Texas thinking the same thing.

I'd prefer they keep the focus on coaches who do the right thing and really try to improve the lives of the kids they work with. That would probably get boring but I want to root for the people I'm watching. Even Joe.

Corona is not a suburb, much like Arlington is not a suburb. But you are right, it's a random city in the huge blob of Neverending urban sprawl that is LA/OC all the way east to San Bernardino.

This isn't a dig at you, I just work in Corona and it is most definitely not a suburb.

Arlington is 100% a suburb

Yeah man....I consider Corona to be an IE suburb.

I don't consider Riverside to be a suburb.....but Corona most definitely is.

Haven't been able to go through this as quickly but I'm glad for that. Great to watch in parallel with the NCAA tourney. Watching the second to last episode right now and man, Coach Ken is that guy. Even outside of basketball, in an office setting or amongst friends or whatever the social situation - guys like that are A1.

All the coaches are good people. That's what I like about this show.

Anyone else think the questions about Deshaun Highler from the Utah coach (Utah State or Weber State, I forget wihch) were a little odd? The coach mentioned Utah girls don't have sex until they marry, and wondered if that limited social scene would be difficult for Highler to manage. Like Highler is some kind of sex deviant who wouldn't be able to handle a girl saying no? I thought the way he worded the question was strange, as was the question itself.

He didn't ask, "We have a somewhat limited social scene because most of the girls are Mormon, they don't have sex until marriage, is he going to thrive in such a controlled social atmosphere?" The question was directed right at Highler, not "We have to ask this question about all recruits. Because we're in Utah and majority-Mormon population, the lack of a social scene is an issue for some recruits. Is it going to be an issue for him?"

Granted, this was a segue for them to talk about Highler's relationship with Kiera, how 100% all-in faithful he is to her, and how important she is in his life, so I may be reading too much into it.

Just another reason for why no one should go to college in Utah.

The football ones we probably mostly watched for purposes of train wreck drama.

This one was vastly different. And the best by far.
