Based on my experience hosting more than 73,000 TexAgs tournaments since March 2020, when someone tells you "your tournament, your rules" or "but hey, it's your tournament", what they are really saying is they think you are a big ****ing idiot.

Same, when I'm running a tournament my productivity drops from about 31% to like -10%.
