Based on my experience hosting more than 73,000 TexAgs tournaments since March 2020, when someone tells you "your tournament, your rules" or "but hey, it's your tournament", what they are really saying is they think you are a big ****ing idiot.

Bro, 99% of the people who voted come looking the next day to see the results.
It is one of the main reasons I like running a tournament, to see the results over the course of the voting. When someone else is running it, I wish I could see how the voting is going.

Same, when I'm running a tournament my productivity drops from about 31% to like -10%. The only thing worse is my productivity on Star Wars celebration days when they have the live stream of events.

It got 6 votes ouf of 101 ballots. The cutoff to make the tourney was 15 votes for movies.
