Shailene Woodley, I am not sure how she ever became a popular actress, she is nothing special in the looks department and her acting isn't great either.

My second is Drew Barrymore, she can definitely act but her looks wise she is a 6 at best.

She looks great in this pic!

She sat a few rows behind us for the A&M/Bama game in 2017 (guessing that's when this picture was taken). She was much better looking in person than in pictures/movies and was incredibly friendly and talked with my wife for a while.

This doesn't quite fit the OP since I do think she is attractive (especially in some photos like those below), but she is no where near the top for me. So many people say she is there #1, and I don't get it.
