Dang, lol. I'm gonna say Yoda, despite the fact Hulk could squash Yoda like a bug. With Yoda so tiny and super fast I think hulk would have a hard time catching him and doing any damage. Meanwhile, Yoda can manipulate everything around him to attack hulk - throw debris, collapse roofs, throw cars, etc etc

The problem is that Yoda couldn't actually kill Hulk. Eventually, Hulk would get a hit and its game over.

My thought is that Hulk would never land a single hit, unless he somehow snuck up on Yoda. Which, even if Hulk managed to make no noise, would be impossible due to the force.

The real problem for Yoda is landing a fatal hit. He can easily immobilize him, but not sure how he'd go about killing him. I guess if he threw a big enough projectile at him, at a fast enough speed, that could do it.

Otherwise, like Bib said, force choke and it's game over.

Edit: Or..force crushing him. Like Luke did to that Dark Trooper.

Seems like Yoda could Jedi mind trick him into returning to his original form. Then force him off a cliff or something.

Which only turns him back into Hulk.

I finally read and World War Hulk. I kinda hated it. They make him so OP that he can pimp slap every hero in the Marvel Universe and even pulls a bunch of heroes to his side (while invading New York!!) and then it turns out to be a big misunderstanding. What a dumbass.

The MCU version probably could, but not the comic version. Hulk's subconscious was able to fight off Jean Grey's mind control. Over the years, Hulk has become the most ridiculous character in all of Marvel. That's the problem with trying to match up Star Wars vs Superheros unless it's people like Batman or Hawkeye. The power levels just don't compare many of the times.

Vohnkar and its not even close. Tyrion doesn't fight. His strength comes from manipulating others to fight for him/do dirty work, political posturing, and to the extent he has "combat experience" it's on a macro level (like the battle at kings landing).

I think Tyrion had a dude fall on his sword once a la Merry and Pippin, and then took a dude out on the toilet with a cross bow.

The only way Tyrion wins is having someone else fight for him but that's outside the rules as you presented them.

I think the technological advantage of having a flame thrower gives it to Ridley unless Brienne is fast enough. Wouldn't a flame thrower also heat up Brienne's armor and, at worst, "cook her" inside of it? I think the moment Ridley gets a solid hit on Brienne with the flamethrower it's over.
