I think that is part of the reason I like him as an actor. Everything he does has a little mystery to it. Almost like you never get the full story. It is intriguing.

Those who watched, your thoughts on the female character who was espousing "Columbus genocide, native genocide " theories in her classroom. I turned it off after that. Was I to harsh? Should I give it more time?
Nope. I'm done. I turned it off right there. I love Diane Weist the actress but f the sjw bs

The commentary that offended you is hardly the point of the show. I'm not a fan of SJW BS either, but I'm capable of ignoring the bad for the sake of the good. It's not like I forced myself to sit through an hour long documentary discussing the white man's oppression of all pigmented people and the destruction of Western civilization.
I mean seriously, Diane Weist was in the first two episodes for maybe 5 minutes.
You do you man; whatever makes you happy.
Next episode has one of those cutting horse scenes in the prison yard. Dude seems to have a fetish for them._lefraud_ said:
Well things have certainly escalated, I am enjoying it...however I'm disappointed Sheridan hasn't made an appearance as deputy or cowboy

You're about to watch the most unrealistic, lazy, stupid, horrible, awful piece of writing I've seen.Ag_07 said:
I must be in the minority but I'm really liking this show. I'm one episode behind but I think it's been great so far. Renner, Dillon, and Handley have been fantastic.
But yeah...Not a fan of mom. She's a beating. The classroom stuff doesn't bother me because it seems to be a correlation/metaphor for the goings on in the show. But damn even the scenes when she's at home it's a just a drag. I find myself thinking 'STFU and let's move on' everytime she appears.

But you're gonna keep watching, right?
Yep. Wife and I had the same thoughts. They would get McClusky out of there. Would've made more sense for that guard to shoot himself than to shoot at the national guard.ORAggieFan said:
Anyone watch the finale? A few more dumb parts but mostly was just the end of an action movie. The guard on the tower made zero sense. As did SWAT lugging around two hurt cops with no body armor into battle.
I probably won't bother with season 2, but we will see. If I still have Paramount+ I may try as I like Renner and the dude the escaped who I anticipate is the main villain next season.
I know he's a Hollywood god at the moment, but that describes Sheridan to me.Quote:
The acting and tone is good, but so far there is ZERO meat.
