Seeing A LOT of speculation that Ferrell + McCartney = Lorne's last show. Then again, we went through this same thing with Jost and Che last year, and they both came back, so who knows...

You've never heard of Sebastian Maniscalco?

He's big in stand-up but I wouldnt say he's a household name. I recognize his face but if you just said his name I would have trouble remembering who that was.

Maybe out of left field, but Smigel or Conan would be awesome.

If it was up to me it would be one of them. I just love their style of comedy, and early 00's Conan is the peak of comedy to me. Very much due to those two.

Just because he's an all-time cast member. That said, Ferrell does have a new golf scripted comedy series on Apple TV this summer - The Hawk - which he's promoting, so the timing makes sense for that more than anything. It's just that "all time cast member" + "all time legendary musician" (who happens to be one of Lorne's good friends) on the same night, for the season finale, is raising some eyebrows.

Ok - they need to get Colin and Che in more skits.
They are easily the best actors on this show. I didn't watch the whole skit but Colin doing the pimp/whatever for the funeral was hilarious.

I would've bet my mortgage that they'd do another Domingo sketch when Coleman Domingo was hosting. Maybe they actually wore it out already, but they rarely stop going back to the well on sketches that go so viral.

Barbershop sketch was hilarious though.
