Watched the first few episodes of Critical Role. I am hooked. Didn't think I would like watching someone else playing D&D, but the DM (Mercer) makes this as well as the actors. Some funny and Oh **** moments.

Defintely better than 90% of the **** that is typically on tv now.

It has its flat moments too, but there are some really great gameplay scenes. I think it helps a lot that they are all friends in real life, continuing a game that they love, and not just a group of actors brought together for a work project.

I saw that one but was still on season 1. Flying through these. They're so good, I had to see what was being said about these earlier episodes. The stories and character relationships are so good. Gimme more!!
