I haven't read the book(s) but if this actor is true to what the book version was I can 100000% understand how casting Tom Cruise makes zero sense.
Enjoying it so far!

Wife and I binged it this weekend and really enjoyed it. The only thing I had major problems with was the skeet shooting chick in Atlanta. You're going to hurt something badly if you fire it like that, sweetie.

And although he's much taller than Cruise, they still must've done some camera angle tricks since the actor is only 6'2"

I finished it last night too. Really enjoyed it. Though after watching Ozark the previous weekend, I kept seeing Ruth when I looked at Roscoe.

I did not like most of the ancillary characters. I know he's been in a bunch of stuff but the mayor was not good and may as well have been from an SNL skit about Georgia. And KJ was not good as an actor either. That's why I hope they get a bigger budget to up their supporting role options to a better tier of actor. Give the main guy another season and I think he'll come along as well.

My wife and I stayed up Friday until after midnight bingeing the full season. I kept asking her if she wanted to continue or watch something else, later asking if she had enough for one day but she was hooked and wanted to go on and see what happened. We both really enjoyed it. Stayed pretty true to the book with a few minor differences. I am now re-reading the book.
Wow, I didn't recognize him as D-Day, although I would have had I bothered to look at the credits and seen his name (McGill).Quote:
Also, don't knock the Mayor. He's a Texan and played D-Day in Animal House. That goes a long way.

Well, she obviously noticed his assets but didn't fess up to that being the reason. And she's not shy about expressing her views in that area. But after 45 years of marriage, I am pretty secure in my current state of physicality by comparison.LMCane said:Col. Steve Austin said:

or did your wife just stay up to check out Reacher's biceps and pecs?
On a series that drops all at once, I wouldn't think spoiler tags are necessary. I'd stay away from the thread until you've watched the show. That seems like how other threads on here go anyways.bagger05 said:
Come on, dude... just use the spoiler tags.

ITS OFFICIAL. #ReacherOnPrime will be back for Season 2. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 pic.twitter.com/AZqL16yipa
