The evolution of Colin Hanks's character was great as well. Very annoying for most of the series and then redeemed in the final episodes
Anybody else catch themselves repeating what Evans said , in his voice?EclipseAg said:He was fantastic.Prosperdick said:
Absolutely loved Goode's cadence as Evans…I wouldn't mind seeing a series just on his life.

Great finale and a great show! As always, critics are idiots.
He also played Major Hewlett in Turn, the british guy that was in charge of the town they were all from.Prosperdick said:I also enjoyed the performance of Bluhdorn, who looked familiar and looked him up and he was on Game Of Thrones. He played Tanner, who plots the coup to overthrow Jeor Mormont and memorably drank from his skull. He's just slightly nicer in this role.EclipseAg said:He was fantastic.Prosperdick said:

Side note, but how and when did Miles Teller become a bankable dramatic actor? Mall of a sudden he has a lead role in Maverick, now this.
Don't forget Matthew Goode as Bob Evans, who I think did an incredible job and just oozed charisma. I think his performance raised the mini series from good to great.DallasTeleAg said:
Finally got around to watching this. I have The Godfather at #3 on my favorite movies of all time list, so have been wanting to for a while but just hadn't been subscribed to Paramount and honestly just kept forgetting about it.
I enjoyed the hell outta this mini series. Binged it in two days and never once got bored or had my attention distracted.
Miles Teller was fantastic in that role, as well as just about everyone else. I was especially impressed with Dan Fogler as Coppola. He was able to make me forget his role in Fanboys and really buy him as Coppola.
Not much more I can say other than that was just a lot of fun.

Just finished the 4th episode and my wife and I are thoroughly enjoying it. I am one of those people who have never seen The Godfather but I might have to finally watch it. I have relied on this as a major part of my personality so it will be a big step for me.
