This is, as usual, an incredibly dumb/not at all accurate post.

This thread reminds me why I always hate all the Twitter reviews tctts posts. They are always so over the top and borderline orgasmic about movies so often that every time I read them and then see the movie they are talking about I am extremely let down. Finally watched this last night and while it was cool and all, it wasn't odins gift to filmmaking or anything. Above average certainly, but I doubt I will be giving it a second look. Unfortunately, my expectations were way too high after reading this thread so long ago right before the movie first came out.
Remember the Green Knight?
Sea Speed is just calling a spade a spade. A certain poster phallates an upcoming movie, if it's good, he says "see!" and posters applaud him. If its meh "well its not for everyone, us in the industry appreciate it," and posters just nod their head and say they too see the emperor's clothes. If its trash "well, it had all the right pieces, just poor execution" posters just shrug, take the explanation, and extend the head coaching contract another 5 years with guaranteed money.

Yea...its all "this is the greatest film evar" tweets.
Ffs, who has time to run to Twitter and get opinions of all these jackwagons, then run over here and post em. When it's summer or Christmas releases he is linking a metric shtton of blowhard tweets.
And now he sits back and takes no responsibility for his hyping. "All I was doing was sharing tweets, never negative tweets, it's up to you to discern beforehand. Sorry you think I thought it was going to be good, you're too dumb to parse what I post from what I say."

Posting is posting, whether its posting twitter reactions to movies or posting your own inane thoughts. And you contribute just as many if not more posts than TCTTS does. So you trying to insinuate he's pathetic for the amount he posts is hilarious and shows just how much you're grasping at straws to fling insults his way. At least his posts contribute something to this board. You on the other hand.....

Nailed it. Tctts promoted threads have become a red flag for massively overrated shows/films

my issue isnt with TCTTS, it is with the over the top critics who act like anything they like is some epic the likes of which has never been seen before. The hyperbole is just too much. I guess that is basically the same with all media and headlines these days. Everything has to be the best or worst ever.
