This doesn't answer your question but I wanted to go see Joe Diffie and it ended up not working with my schedule and then he died before he came back around again. I don't know if old Joe Diffie put on a good show or not but I liked his hits in the 90s.

I know I have seen others, but the first one that comes to mind is Dave Williams of Drowning Pool. I saw them live at the Sunset Station in San Antonio in April 2002, just a few months before he died.

Seen lots of the people mentioned already. I few that I've seen that I haven't seen on the thread.

I saw Glen Campbell about six months before he retired due to dementia. Incredible show. He was vacant between songs, but never missed a note musically.

I edited my OP to add this. I saw Joe Diffie play at Kokefest outside of Austin I guess, two years ago now. He was dead a few weeks later. Insane.
CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

Joe Diffie is an underrated '90s artist. Ton of great music, and not just his hits.

"Route 5 Box 109" is one of my favorite country songs of all time.
