Slightly off topic, but what an eye opener it was watching Stripes on Channel 39 in Houston with my dad while i was a kid and then watching it on rental from Blockbuster as a college student. Quite a few differences in those 2 versions.

I love when you see how many people love this movie on TexAgs I saw it with my best friend when I was 12. He died in his sleep from a heart attack last summer and I quote the movie at his funeral.
