I think it's a combination of this and the fact that it went downhill after the first couple of seasons. You don't even see it in lists of top all time Netflix shows anymore.

It definitely made a contribution to culture in kicking off quality streaming content, but I'd hesitate to call it a great show when taking the whole.

Generally speaking, it would be impossible to rank these and have everyone agree with them in general as far as X is better than Y but ranked lower, but looking at the ones that even made the list at all. I generally agree with all present though.

But really. Fleabag (@5)? Girls? Squid game? Best TV shows of all time? And no Firefly?

I'd be cool with them just releasing a list in alpha order, but these were surprising to me.

Fleabag is pretty great but it ended abruptly with unfinished everything, top 10 is too high, same with Atlanta, great show but last season was a bit odd.

Agreed! 100%!!!

Sepinwall used to have a really good "NYPD Blue" review page/blog back in the heyday of that great show…makes no sense to me that he would have it ranked that low.

I'm with you. If this list had come out around year 3 or 4 of GOT it could very possibly be higher. As it stands, I hope it got a major demotion based on the last 2-3 seasons.

That could definitely hold true for shows still going.
