I think Hanks is probably the answer. With a 5 year hard limit, it's tough but I'd probably start in 92 and pick up League of Their Own, Sleepless, and Philadelphia over SPR/YGM. Back to back Oscar wins is hard to beat.
You can really do 92-96 and also then do 98-02 that would probably be top 3 as well. SPR, You've Got Mail, Cast Away, Green Mile, Road to Perdition, Catch Me if You Can, Toy Story 2. Not to mention producing Band of Brothers.
