Half the diameter of the meteor crater is about 1,945 feet. The Gerald Ford aircraft carrier is 1,106 feet long, for reference.

I don't find the size implausible, I find the ability to hide something so big to be problematic.

Honestly, this. I mentioned in a long deleted Spider-Man thread somewhere that if I had the knowledge, the proof, and ultimate say of whether to disclose or not….I don't know what I would do. For exactly your reasoning. As much as I am interesting this topic for myself, I do not think the global society is ready for news of not only intelligent life, but intelligent life that is more advanced than us.

If Bledsoe is honest, and I believe he is, entities - at least some of them that interact - resemble our discussion last night, in and out of our perception.
