I just had to watch this immediately after the trailer.
Also hoping the movie opens with "Jump In the Line" playing.Brian Earl Spilner said:
Also, the movie better start with them finally calling Beetlejuice's number in the waiting room.
Rewatched the movie recently, surprised that, other than this scene, I didn't enjoy it as much as when it came out.Brian Earl Spilner said:

THE JUICE IS LOOSE
Gonnna come back with a full reaction after I watch, but I had to close the tab after I heard the 'gong' sound and then a quirky rendition of "Day-O"TCTTS said:

My kids kept saying "that's my purse, I don't know you". I finally asked them when they became huge King of the Hill fans. They had no idea what I was talking about. So I showed them the episode, now they love King of the Hill!
I love that episodeCannew said:

Has anyone explained how Alec Baldwin and Genna Davis are not around in this movie? I could see cutting them out if it was another town / house...but that town and especially that house were tied to those two "ghosts".
Or...the handbook. It did read like stereo instructions after all.TXAG 05 said:ttaggie said:

I'm guessing it will be a one line/hand wave type deal that they either served their time, or were needed to haunt another house or something like that.

What's the more uncomfortable non-casting, Alec Baldwin or Jeffrey Jones?

I tried rewatching the original recently and it didn't hold up for me as I couldn't get through it. Loved it as a kid though
Very surprised he dropped an F bomb when he first appeared. Didn't remember that at all!

"Dropped an F bomb" - that's what you're worried about? The original is a classic. If you can't get through it now, then you're trolling or you never liked it to begin with.
I can't wait for this sequel!!
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice - This is wacky fun! One of the most entertaining legacy sequels, even if it's mostly fan service. One of Tim Burton's best movies in years. Old school filmmaking, not trying to be anything more than exactly what it should. I had a good time. #Venezia81 pic.twitter.com/BE8gjkFtIB
