Charlie Cox always did a terrible American accent but this time it's like he's not even trying. Oh well, I still like him and his portrayal of Matt Murdock.

And I guess I'm still the only one who thinks this, but I cant stand D'Onofrio's Kingpin. Kingpin isn't autistic.


Who is the Adam guy Kingpin has locked up? I don't remember him at all.

And Colman Domingo as Norman Osborn. Really enjoyed it, as mentioned fresh take on the characters while staying true to the core of who they are.

I have to say....I'm pretty bored with this at this point. Started strong but the almost zero use of the actual Daredevil is pretty annoying.

And not being able to immediately take out a 3 yr Taikwondo student who hated having to do it in the first place really devalues Daredevil.

I assume there are two more episodes? This thing is going to need The Punisher to save it.

I don't disagree with you. Really it's just a weak storyline in combination with no daredevil and literally one scene with Frank in it. They advertised this like the return of both characters and we've barely gotten anything.

Much much weaker storytelling vs Netflix Daredevil. The Disney curse.

It feels like after episode 3 things have just slowed

I get this season is titled "reborn" which means we're resetting where DD and KP are in their lives, and them getting back to themselves. But so far it feels like the writing is just taking forever. A lot of filler episodes.

Still like it just not as good as Netflix.

Apparently there were a lot of reshoots and the first and final episodes are the result of the reshoots and the middle episodes were the original plan. Things like Foggy's death and the punisher were originally excluded. I'm sure someone has a better breakdown of original vs reshoots.

I've enjoyed this season so far. I do feel like they're devoting a lot of time setting up for season 2 which means we probably won't get a lot of closure at the end of this season.

Bullseye being back adds a lot to the show in my opinion. That actor does a great job.

It was a good finale episode but a meh season of tv. It's annoying that they basically took an entire season to set up an interesting plot line that could have taken 3-4 episodes and wrapped this up in one season.

Feels like they are absolutely milking this in true Disney fashion.

Also NYC must have the dumbest and insanely corrupt police force in the MCU. First time around money bought them, now it's punisher idealism? Would love to know how an entire room of police are ok watching their commissioner's head crushed.

Daredevil season 3 was much better written on how Fisk came back to power.

Meh writing. Series just didn't ever really take off. Was glad to see Charlie Cox back in the suit, but the overall season structure was really oddly paced. Was very choppy. Frank Castle was the best part of this show.

And where the heck is Peter Parker. He certainly wouldn't just be sitting around watching NYC go to hell.

Well, I was right, partially. It took The Punisher to attempt to save this show.

That was pretty much a waste of time and I dont have much desire to watch the follow up unless they just make Born Again S2 the next season of The Punisher. Ha.

Really disappointing.

Also, the final montage with Matt voicing over his call to resist was entirely too on the nose. Just somehow seemed whiny and over dramatic.
