I don't think so. He and Kevin go back too far, and I'm sure Conrad has taken care of Harry through the years.

I love just about everything Guy Ritchie makes.

Watched the first episode today. It did not disappoint.

This is a pretty good time, too.

Anyone else leaning towards Team Richie more and more? I wonder if the big cliffhanger for the season is going to be Harry switching allegiances because he is over the Harrigan's insanity.

Richie is definitely more sympathetic, and Maeve's machinations have grown beyond obvious into tedious territory through no fault of HM who's hamming it up admirably. Notwithstanding how off the rails it's gone I doubt they sully Harry's loyalty (pretty much his defining trait beyond extraordinary competence) for a character we've barely spent any time with unless Kev is dead.

Harry is our protagonist and all Maeve is missing is a mustache to twirl. I assume Eddie will get rapey with Gina later and Paul will be ordered to eliminate Jan because of her whinging to an undercover cop - all so Harry can protect them and redeem himself in the family's eyes.

At least casting Jordi Molla as Jaime is fun, and Hardy is more than charismatic enough to deal with all the pratfalls the screenwriters and Guy can task him with.

Have we met Kat before this or was that her first appearance? I don't remember her. Also, can't imagine what Harry will have to do to repay her! Conrad being angry / indignant that Richie had Brendan and Seraphina was dumb imo. What did he expect after chopping up his son and blowing up his wife - or as one of them mentioned … Vron's "car trouble" - lol

Well now Maeve has even more reason to despise Seraphina. I wonder how crazy Maeve gets now thinking that someone in the family decided who to save and who not to.

Im glad how they explained some of the timeline issues I had with last weeks episode. It makes sense that it was a Moroccan gang that was already set up in the area. Consistency and believability are things that shows like this usually suffer from. So it is nice to see they are thinking through these things in the plot so it doesn't veer to far off into not being believable.

That's the first I've seen or heard of Kat so she's a new character to the show. I can't figure out who she is & the power she wields.

Hell of a way to die for anyone, let alone poor innocent Brendan.

Cant wait to see Harry's reaction when he finds out about Eddie screwing Gina.

I wonder if she is part of some government agency like MI6 or the CIA. Maybe Harry is a former agent, which would explain why he is so well-trained.

Maeve definitely overplayed her hand, no idea why she thought she could trust Richie to leave Brenden alone days after having killed his son and wife. Talk about learning the hard way, sucks for poor Brenden. He was a schmuck but geez what a way to go out. (That said, her turning her "grief" on and off was hilarious.)

Definitely curious who Kat is and her connection/history with Harry and the others. Harry genuinely didn't seem to know the guy who showed up at his garage but understood who he was connected to then didn't want to talk to her. What did she want prior to this and why does she have THIS much power/leverage to call off Jaime with just a phone call? Lot of questions there.

The Eddie/Gina thing was kind of funny, Gina clearly calling him out for exactly what he is then making the terrible teenage girl decision anyway. I appreciated that they made it clear she was well aware of the choice she was making.

Her mom, however, is more than a little gullible. Let's sneak away during an obviously critical time then give our new friend all kinds of details about where Harry is off to and who he works for. That's totally smart.

Overall a crazy episode, excited to see where this goes in the last few eps. I think we've got 10 for the season?

Seeing Harry go through the Moroccan hideout like an absolute boss was wild. He's obviously skilled but that's the first time we've seen him just go god mode like that, he definitely has to have had some extensive training/experience.

And yes, Maeve is terrifying.
One minute she's shooting Montana sheepherders; the next she's a British criminal mastermind.
Joey Diaz mentioned this on his last Joe Rogan appearance.

He said something along the lines of, Italian mob movies are dead and Helen Miriam is a gangster.

This show is metal.

We finally had a chance to watch it today, and did Maeve make a huge mistake trusting Richie. She lost the one she wanted to keep and keeps the one she wanted offed. Such a great episode and great series.

I can't believe how disconnected Jan is from reality. She may not specifically know what Harry does, but she has to have some idea. I just hope Kevin has the opportunity to get revenge on the prison guard before the family goes down, if it does.

There's a lot to pack into the last two episodes. I hope there are more seasons planned.

Just found this post. Love this show. Hate Maeve. I'm guessing she's in the F business with Richie, not Archie? And Kevin's son is his brother? I guess ******* sons are ok but not daughters?

Man these last two eps have been off the rails…

Definitely think Harry knows who the mole is and had to off Freddie because he knew too much. I really enjoy the little moments we get with Zosia and Kiko as they sit on the edges of all the action deciding how and when to react, it's obvious that Harry really trusts them too.

Harry's conversation with Eddie was fascinating and not the approach I expected, though I was really surprised that Eddie mouthed off like he did after Harry terrified him at the funeral.

Very curious where everything with Kat is heading, they're all very aware of who she is but we don't really understand that yet. Harry's conversation with Conrad about her was really good too, the way Harry communicates and understands his role in the family is so well written.

As far as Kevin's brother, my guess is that Eddie is also Conrad's son. We know that he and Bella had a relationship that predated her and Kevin and he seems to be a guy who gets what he wants. The fact that Maeve embraces Eddie while being generally cold to Seraphina is interesting though, as was her sudden warmth towards her this ep (and the sleeping pill conversation was hilarious).

And then Richie and the police…wow. Did NOT see that coming and that puts a whole different angle on their investigation.

We've got a whole lot to wrap up in two eps, really hoping for a s2.

I think Harry was using reverse psychology on Eddie but while it didn't work in the short term, I think it will in the long term.

And even in the short term Eddie seemed kind of confused when he was talking with Gina a few minutes later. Going to be interesting to see that subplot play out.

How long do you want to ignore this user?
The scene with Harry and Freddie was amazing. At the end, when he said he would be with him at the top and then push him off and the smirk he gave was some great acting.

The cop scene was wild, and I am curious to see how that plays out. I just hope it doesn't shift the show into absurdity. I just don't see how shooting two cops doesn't sink Richie. Up until that point, he seemed like the least crazy and most calculated person on the show.

I think the only reason Maeve is warm and kind to Freddie is because she wants to use him for her gain. As soon as he is no longer needed, he will slit his throat happily.

So now it seems we have four factions that have split off and are teaming up. We have the Carrigans with the Mexican cartel/Kate and Richie with the government.

The only thing scarier than a pissed-off Harry is an unexpectedly calm, cool Harry.

I knew "Kat" looked familiar. Janet McTeer. She played the Cartel lawyer in Ozark.

Sorry if already discussed.

And when you open your mouth,
You always seem to put your foot there.
