Like many politicians before him, Trump is going to say some dumb things. He thinks out loud and has no filter. I wish he had one, but he is who he is. I like a lot of his policies, and I understand his negotiating style. I don't flip my lid over every single thing he says like some people do. Being extremely obtuse to think that is really what we care about. No, we care about our offspring inheriting a future world where that is broadly accepted as normal/ecceptable. EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT SENATOR SUPPORTS IT.

It is a troubling "canary in the coalmine" of a society that could go off the deep end if they do not course correct things. And a LARGE % of modern liberals do support men (mentally ill ones btw) in womens spaces (sports/showers/locker rooms).

Another example is the highly explicit and pornographic "Gender Queer" book that liberals were putting in childrens school libraries. I realize that most libraries probably don't carry this book...the troubling thing to me is the wailing I saw from some of my more moderate friends when it was ordered removed from these libraries.

The vast majority of leftists were AGAINST this. Many comparing Desantis and other leaders to "Hitler".

We are basically two countries at this point...and we acknowledge compeltely separate realities. We have no common goals or visions from the future. And me and most of my "right wing" buddies just want our children to inherit futures/cultures that aren't completely unrecognizable to the ones we were privileged enough to enjoy.

If this rears its god forsaken ugly head when my daughter is in elementary school starting in two years, you better believe I will be there. We are in the more conservative Houston suburbs, so it's far less likely than in the liberal cesspool known as HISD, but it does happen from time to time in normal suburban areas. Hell, our friends in college station told us about how the HS had to make certain accommodations for a girl who identified as a MF CAT.

If a mentally ill biological male ever lines up against my daughter in ANY sport, I have vowed to my wife that I am coming out of the bleachers. I don't understand how any so-called father can just sit there and watch that take place in front of his eyes without doing something. Many girls have been injured and had their life's dreams shattered after years/decades of hard work and devotion.

Funny how watching the Aggies playing football game, posters can do a hundred replies reacting to the plays/calls/players/coaches/ramifications of the game.
