Damn, this one hurts. The one two combo of Ozzy and now the Hulk has me feeling rather somber. Feels like my childhood is under attack or something.

I never became a lifelong wrestling superfan but I definitely went through my phases and as a young boy, nobody was larger than life than the Hulkster to me.

Damn. It's hard to explain just how mythic this man was in the 80s. He is to wrestling entertainment what Elvis was to rock and roll. Was fortunate enough as a kid to attend a WWF event in the 80s at Reunion Arena in Dallas to see him.

Literally just ate at his place in Clearwater, FL last week when we did a day pass at the Sandpearl.

I remember begging my parents to get pay per view for Wrestlemania VII but the cable company it in New Braunfels didn't support it at the time. We went to visit family friends in San Antonio that night and they surprised me with it. Memory has been burned into my mind for over 30 years.
