I am not sure what you define as funny, but Brad Pitt's death scene in Meet Joe Black is not funny.

I personally don't get laughs from people being shot in movies, but I saw both of these in the theater and heard a lot of laughter from both scenes.

You might have heard me laughing my ass off at the "Oh man I shot marvin in the face" line. The absurdity and abruptness of it is hysterical. You already have no idea where this movie is going and that just adds to the chaos.

I don't remember the name of the movie, but from way back when I was a kid, there was a movie with George C. Scott where he was an assassin or contract killer. He had a guy in the guy's living room at gunpoint, real quiet and tense scene, and the guy's cat jumps onto a piece of furniture. Scott shot the cat. 10 year old me thought that was about the funniest thing I'd ever seen.

edit - the movie might have been Rage, which came out in 1972.

Well, it wasn't me, it was some X account, but the CGI and the double-hit makes it unintentionally kind of funny. I think they could have cut away or shot it some other way that would have made it shocking in a sad way and not in a weird way.
