Yeah, the latest contemporary Christian is just singing the same chorus over and over in unison 100 times.

There was some better stuff in the 80's and 90's and of course the Chris Tomlin album that made him a big name for awhile.

Give me some Stryper any day!

Years ago the WWE would have a live wrestling match commence as soon as the SB 1/2 time started.

I'd watch that at 1/2-time if still staged.

Technically most of them sing the bridge over and over, mainly worship music which is different than CCM, but yeah it isn't for everyone. I personally will love this if it happens. Great alternative for our kids to still watch. Oldest is almost 7 and no way I'm letting him watch the superbowl halftime show

My band in high school played that for the last song at our last gig before I went off to college.

I'm not sure what we were thinking.

Man if I could still hit those notes.

There are a lot of jamming tunes on that album.

I had "To Hell with the Devil" on cassette tape in the 5th grade and my buddy's parents told him he wasn't allowed to listen to it because it had the word Hell in it the title (they obviously didn't get it) but he got caught listening to it anyway and subsequently got grounded.
