Will be extremely hard to find a hard copy for that price. If you're just wanting to read, I'd recommend going to the New Advent website. They have the full text for free

I have an old set (2 volumes) that I bought online for like $40. I still am reading and re-reading it - but a quick online search showed that you can buy a complete set for under $30 at www.thriftbooks.com.
