This is yet another really strange part of the story. I know people process trauma differently, but it is odd to wear something like this around for 45 minutes when it would be so easy to remove. Why walk around wearing a noose?

At a minimum he should be liable for all the resources CPD has expended, similar to when stupid people get them selves in stupid and easily avoidable situations requiring rescue.

Here's another conflicting item...police stated that they had video footage of Jussie for all but 60 seconds that night yet they also said he could be seen wearing the noose when he entered back into his apartment.

That seems to be a critical point in whether this was a hoax or not...was he already wearing it the entire time or was it only during that critical 60 seconds where he was apparently attacked, had magical bleach poured on him, bitten through invisible ski masks, and told that downtown Chicago is MAGA country. Oh yeah, and where two rednecks with x-ray vision spotted and recognized him as their favorite show is of course Empire, they never miss an episode living in MAGA country.

I seem to remember that it was negative fahrenheit in Chicago that night. When it is that cold, water does freeze instantly.

there are youtube videos of people throwing water in the air in these temps and its instantly freezing, so it may be cold enough for bleach to do the same.
