The above picture is undated, but is pre-tennis court (pre 2014)
notice the two dark areas in the two upper quadrants of the area?
Since then, a tennis court has appeared and disappeared
the above linked drone video is from YESTERDAY. The court is gone and it's full of weeds. the only spots in that entire area with even remotely green grass are where those two little black spots were. and the green spot on the right is roughly in the shape of a square
Could be a lot of things. In terms of a tennis court, it would serve as a windbreak to keep balls from being blown all over the place while playing, which at the top of a hill on a small island, would be an issue. But it was there prior to the tennis court, so who knows.chevy con queso said:
The berm is definitely the thing that sticks out to me the most, even with a demonic worshipping temple on the island. What purpose does such a thing serve?
The first thing that came to mind is crime lord Johnny Marcone's Chicago mansion pit. If you haven't read those books, it's where the character conducts dirty business on his grounds where none of his neighbors can hear it.
But... why do that type of thing there, when someone could take satellite photos, or fly a plane or drone over it? Whatever goes on there, it's intended to be in the open air.
I kinda thought that too, but came to the same conclusion. And why set up tennis up top, when you clearly have a bunch of other spots on that gem of an estate to put something as small as a tennis court? The entire purpose for putting a tennis court up top would be to play tennis in 360 degree view of the ocean. Which, would be absolutely awesome, save for that constant wind problem.schmellba99 said:

They would have to be dismembered and weighted down to avoid them washing up on other shores. That island is not very far away from St. Thomas.Madman said:
If I had the power to make it happen I would have cadaver dogs on the island ASAP. Although being an island a more likely dumping spot would just be the ocean.
I would still check anyway.

Kass was well-connected on Wall Street, where he'd worked for decades, so he began to ask around. "I went to my institutional brokers, to their trading desks and asked if they ever traded with him. I did it a few times until the date when he was arrested," he recalls. "Not one institutional trading desk, primary or secondary, had ever traded with Epstein's firm."
When a reporter came to interview Kass about Bernie Madoff shortly before that firm blew up in the biggest Ponzi scheme ever, Kass told her, "There's another guy who reminds me of Madoff that no one trades with." That man was Jeffrey Epstein.

I was just reading that a few minutes ago. There is another related article at the same site:Madman said:

How did Ep get so much money. NYmag has an interesting article. Apparently hedge fund managers don't know any of his investors save for one and seem suspicious of the whole hedge fund manager idea.Quote:

Since he knew this was likely coming down. Get rid of the kid porno in his house, disassemble the massage room in his house. Strike a deal with some poor s***hole country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the US and disappear like Robert Vesco.Ervin Burrell said:I mean, can you blame him for trying after what he's been able to get away with?aggiehawg said:Guy just can't resist shooting himself in the foot.Quote:

He's 66. Might as well live out the rest of his life paying for his protection rather than in prison.
ETA: Hell, fake his own death to boot.
When the opening bid for bail from his lawyers is approaching 100 million in collateral, including his brother's home and a friend contributing his signatory guarantee, that's the sign of a guy who really, really doesn't want to be in jail.Quote:
