thanks. on my phone and actually think it was the pinky finger i wasn't seeing.

still...how did some art school grad student know hidden meanings that would be significant to epstein if she didn't know who bought/owned the painting?
It's a bizarre painting, no? Apparently a very large painting hanging in a prominent position in his mansion for anyone to see who visited him. Why? Who else could flaunt such a picture in public view? And Epstein mixed with the high rollers in society. I think it represented 'power'...power that he held over Clinton. Power that he was important and beyond reproach. Remember, he bought this in 2012 or later, after his slap-on-the-hand punishment from his previous plea deal.
Epstein was a perv. Clinton is a perv. I'd imagine Epstein found the painting humorous.

The artist named it "Parsing Bill Clinton." Clearly she thought Clinton was kind of pervy, too.

Maybe you can see it better here...thumb comes down left side of his chin. One of Obama's paintings has 6 fingers too.
(Interesting article about 6 finger people: http://www.soul-guidance.com/houseofthesun/dp08.htm)

I think what everyone is thinking is a 6th finger is actually not that at all. It's the skin folded up on a crease that make makes it look that way. Give me a sec and I'll post a pic of my hand in the same position.

In case you were wondering, this is a Gig'em thumb with a small laceration.

Epstein had fractures of cervical vertebrae in addition to the hyoid bone fracture. Hmmmm......

<4 minute audio by noted forensic pathologist, Cyril Wecht. Good discussion on the Epstein death investigation scenario.

Just a word of caution here. I watched that interview last night and again this morning. It is unclear to me if Dr. Wecht had additional information or was only basing his opinions on what has been reported as "other neck bones." When he said the cameras malfunctioned when that has never been confirmed to my knowledge, that indicated he was no more informed than the rest of us.

But DOJ has not issued either a repudiation or clarification to the original WaPo report, which to me is telling.

This story has become so muddled ... who knows, the mother****er may be still alive, having a good laugh about all this.

Now we arguing about broken bones in the guys neck? How do we even know that its even Epstein's body in the first place.

It's all just a show. We'll never know whats true and whats disinformation.

I think tptb are just taunting people ... throwing breadcrumbs in the Koi pond and watching the feeding frenzy.

If Eric Holder was running DOJ we would have a public notorized report confirming suicide that weekend.

If Holder was AG, the autopsy results would predate Epstein's death by a few hours.

This guy was murdered.

It's really concerning that America is now pretty much a banana republic. We have rampant corruption throughout our govt where everything is politicized and the party comes before country or integrity.

Can't let it get out that the worlds elite and lots of higher ups at FBI/CIA/DHS are all pedos that are directly against America. There are literally two factions of the fbi: one loyal to trump/America and the other faction loyal to anti American pedos like Obama/Clinton.

The New York Post provides an update to the Forbes article about Epstein's female visitor after he was taken off of suicide watch.

Quote:

The woman didn't seem to be carrying any files and dressed casually leading the attorney to believe that she was a first-year associate, according to the report.

"It was slacks and a blouse. Could have been jeans or another kind of pants," he told Forbes. "But, like, Sunday brunch attire."

"I think she was there just to babysit him, and keep him out of his cell, and just keep him company for eight hours a day," he added. "Which is not supposed to be the way it works."

As soon as prisoners enter the meeting room, their handcuffs are removed and the door is locked, according to the report. When prisoners leave the room, the door is unlocked and the cuffs are put back on, the attorney told Forbes.
Quote:

Weinstein and other attorneys representing Epstein did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Post.

Other attorneys trying to use the room for visits with their clients have grown frustrated with Epstein's daily presence there, the attorney told the outlet.

"They wouldn't move anybody until Epstein got where he was going, which is what they used to do with El Chapo, too," he said.

The Metropolitan Correctional Center has 12 attorney visiting rooms, but only two are available to lawyers visiting clients in the Special Housing Unit, according to the report.

Prison officials did not respond to Forbes' calls about Epstein's apparently frequent access to the meeting room.

It's a sort of interesting question whether the state can constitutionally prevent someone from meeting with their attorneys basically whenever and for however long, or more to the point, how and where you draw that line. Obviously 99.99% of prisoners aren't going to be in Epstein's position where they can afford to pay lawyers or legal staff to hang out and shoot the **** with them all day every day, and there are also probably plenty of cases where it's perfectly legitimate for the lawyers to spend hours and hours with a client on a given day or series of days, and denying them that opportunity could be denying effective representation.

I feel like whatever system they had in place was probably not set up to deal with this outlier situation.

If she were really an associate attorney, she would have had at least a legal pad with her, if not a file.

Ditto if she actually was a psychologist doing a follow-up interview since he was recently taken off of suicide watch. But since the attorney didn't recognize her as an MCC employee nor say anything about a badge signifying her status as such, I presume she wasn't.

Could be wrong about that, of course.

If she were really an associate attorney there to work on the case, you'd sure think so. If they were just sending an associate over there to keep him company and bill for it while the more senior lawyers remained free to get actual work done, maybe she wouldn't have bothered. I suppose it's also possible they could have been discussing the case and recording the conversation for the benefit of his other lawyers.

I find the conjugal visit thing a bit farfetched, just because those rooms have windows and she likely would've had to check in, show ID and a bar card, etc. Is a young hotshot associate lawyer at a big NY firm really going to be OK with having however many guards and people not just know that she was prostituting herself to Jeffrey Epstein, but having some of them actually see her in the act? When instead she could say no and basically own the firm that asked her to do it? Anything's possible, but more likely he would've had to settle for getting away from his cell and wiling away the hours chatting with a pretty young lady.

Obviously I'm joking here but this case has been so bizarre thus far, I wouldn't be all that surprised if Epstein's lawyers hired a sex therapist to "assist" with the case.

FTR, young associates rarely meet alone with important clients, in my experience. They always have a senior attorney with them. Clients tend to feel dissed when they are passed off to a young legal beagle, male or female.

For sure, but if the idea really was just to let him sit around and talk to someone rather than being confined to his cell or out among guards and other prisoners, he probably wouldn't have been too bothered.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/16/nyregion/jeffrey-epstein-autopsy-results.html

The above is paywalled to me, but The Conservative Treehouse has quotes (below):

Quote:

Quote:

(New York) The official results of an autopsy showed that the financier Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in his Manhattan jail cell, the city's medical examiner's office said on Friday, determining that the cause of death was suicide by hanging.
[] Guards on their morning rounds found Mr. Epstein at about 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, prison officials said. He appeared to have tied a bedsheet to the top of a set of bunk beds, then knelt toward the floor with enough force that he broke several bones in his neck, officials said.
His suicide came after he appeared to have made another attempt to kill himself in late July, and days after prison staff had recommended he be removed from suicide watch and returned to the special wing in which he was being housed.
[] he had been left alone after his cellmate was transferred, and the two employees assigned to guard him had not checked on him for about three hours before he was found.
Officials said the employees, who have been placed on leave, were sleeping for some or all of that time....

...knelt toward the floor with enough force that he broke several bones in his neck...
Not buying it.
Neither is Cyril Wecht. See below:
