"Banking maneuvers and subsonic guidance"
That's rocket speak for more steering and "flying around" in the final minutes or seconds of flight to simulate movements needed for landing and catch? Opposed to the smaller more "generic" (yes I know it's no where near that simple) adjustments in reentry to land close to the buoy-cam.

Will the upcoming IFT-11 launch be affected by the shutdown?

Do they need government resources to operate or is it just "it's nice to have"? Like the spotter U2 or coast guard resources?

Going live with @btxtechlive today at 9PM for the @SpaceX Launch Party. No other candidate supports @elonmusk and the work going on at Boca Chica Beach as much as I do. American space dominance is back! https://t.co/a4j5U2guyq

Is the launch tonight?
Counting down to Starship's eleventh flight test. The launch window opens on Monday at 6:15 p.m. CT and weather is currently 80% favorable for launch → https://t.co/YmvmGZTV8o pic.twitter.com/2PG3h7ldx3

1. Walk outside.
2. Grab a bike.
3. Watch a 15-story flying object drive by. pic.twitter.com/Sf66Iv6BYH

Starship launch window opens at 6:15PM. This is the second flight for this booster, which is pretty cool. But they will not attempt to catch it this time.

Spacex stream usually starts 30 mins before launch and it is showing starting at 5:57pm, so 6:30ish is a good guess.

I assume they are not trying to catch the booster anymore because they are satisfied with how the first couple of catches went and they don't want to risk any damage to the tower? Or is it wanting to test performance of the booster in various approach and landing burn configs?
