Nevertheless, Justice Department lawyers said the court should reject Trump's argument that "absolutely immunity" shields him from being sued because the remarks were in line with his official duties.

In any event, looking back at all this, the failing MSM sure seem shocked that Trump is has reservations about of the 'rule of law' as set by some compromised district judge.
