That went about as well as the Administration's other border-related actions: it was an epic failure of inaction combined with incompetence.

IIRC the Obummer Administration popularized the use of "czars." Every week early in the first term someone would be announced as the czar of something. I always thought it was so Barry could duck responsibility if something went wrong.
