There is an often overlooked portion of the day that Dominion showed up to the "Trusted Build" update.

Dominion guy arrived early and already had access to the precinct location. She was surprised because she showed shortly after 8AM when the appointment was for 8:30AM.

Then the Dominion tech doing the update (to erase/delete most records from 2020 election) told her there was a backdoor in which the Sec of State's office could breach her election machines and even her main server.

Why is that?

I watched that hearing this morning. What a pile of crap they were throwing at her. Having said that, she did make some bad mistakes in how she handled the court orders.

Whether she was correct that Dominion's Trusted Build actually destroyed federally protected 2020 election results was completely besides the point for this judge. He didn't care.

1. Hang her in the town square. Elections should be sacred.

This judge this morning was really hung up on Mike Lindell reaching out to her for one of his election symposiums he had in South Dakota and that Lindell sent a private jet to get her and the images of the drive. And then Lindell flew her to Texas before flying her back to Colorado. That she was "galavanting" all across the country on...gasp...Mike Lindell's dime. That was an abuse of her position to that judge.

She continually violated the law as a public official and lied to the police during their investigation. She doesn't just maintain innocence she says her alleged actions weren't against the law. Hint, her actions were 100% against the law during the post election period and many of her actions since then.

9 years is steep. Perhaps a Trump Republican will be elected governor in Colorado to pardon her or an appeals court let her out. So far she's lost every appeal attempt including Gorsuch in the Supreme Court.

We knew the logs were deleted by the Trusted Build software update when Peters took the copies of the before and after hard drives to South Dakota. Computer security experts there showed which SLOG and other file directories were deleted by the 'update'.
