The Biden admin is trying to push through the remaining $6 billion in aid before he leaves office. Fortunately/unfortunately we have yet to replenish our own inventory of munitions so we can send that to Ukraine so we can replenish our own inventory of munitions and so on and so on.

This will depend entirely upon how hard headed Putin is. Trump will tell Zelensky that the lost lands won't be won back. But we will support them in defense of what's left. Putin will have to agree at current lines. Problem is Putin already sold the capture of all of Ukraine to his people and with his long diatribe essay about how Ukraine doesn't actually exist and belongs to Russia.

I didn't say he will. He made an absolute statement that he can't do something. I said he can.

And you also made the idiotic absolute claim of "there's zero chance of it". That is a flat out idiotic crystal ball prediction that you cannot guarantee to be true.

I agree he likely won't but I would venture any funding will come with some very short strings attached, and hopefully with a guarantee of repayment or stronger commitment to pro-American causes.

The hope is with Trump there isn't a NEED for more aid. The best case scenario for all involved is a negotiated peace along current lines, Ukraine in NATO, Russia gets their eastern gains, and that's it. It's over. Trump can get that deal done.

I support the Ukr mission.
I hold heartedly support full accountability for what is given to Ukr.

To be honest Biden has promised much and has not followed through. There is a last minute push to get stuff to Ukr. Now.
NATO has been a more reliable ally than the US.

I think the US will become more reliable, have clearer goals, will hold both Ukr and Russia accountable. As long as the NK stay in Russia proper……maybe the conflict will not escalate.

So are you willing to put US soldiers on the ground in Ukraine? Because that is the only way UKE is getting the land back, and it will end up with dead US soldiers. Maybe your kids can be on the front lines of fighting against the "capitulation".
