One additional note on PCI... do not confuse with PCI Govt Services.

That entity is Poarch Creek Indian Government Services LLC. An Alabama tribe who since 2020 has been awarded nearly $50MM.

Looks like they provide computer related services to DHS, Treasury, Defense, Commerce, etc. I am certain there is NO waste to be seen in that funding.

And someone was mentioning the usaspending.gov site was down and blaming Elon and his minions. Seems to be working just fine.

Trump should have his office moved to the basement.
Lock his office and tell him to work from home. This ***** cannot dictate who Trump employs.

The problem with what these judges are doing is that they aren't opining on constitutional or legal issues. They're using the judiciary to insert themselves into the role of executive administration whenever Trump does something they disagree with on a policy basis.

The judge that demanded an un-freeze of federal funding, for instance, has functionally taken usaid out of the executive purview and placed it into a judicial receivership. Hardly following any guidelines of separation of powers.

Iow an actual constitutional crisis versus the one the left claims when Trump wants to determine who works for him and fire those who don't follow his direction.

GOP Rep Crane drafts impeachment articles on judge who blocked DOGE from accessing Treasury info

Arizona GOP Rep. Eli Crane said Tuesday he's drafting impeachment articles for a judge who blocked the Department of Government Efficiency from accessing Treasury Department information.

"Partisan judges abusing their positions is a threat to democracy," Crane wrote on the social media platform X regarding his plans for Judge Paul Engelmayer, of the U.S. District for the Southern District of New York.

The left is clearly apoplectic and hoping Trump just defies their fake judges.

As Sean states, the left loves to use the phrase 'without evidence.' Until they start fantasizing about Trump.

Sean is on point....This is the time to stay on message and hammer the

"You elected me to root out waste and fraud. We are working aggressively to provide transparency to the tax payers as to how their hard earned tax dollars are being spent. This is something every American taxpayer should want. What is the left's response? It is to fight to do anything/everything to stop this. Is it their blind hatred of me? Is it they think you don't have the right to know where your dollars are spent? or even worse, is it they don't want you to see how they are enriching themselves and their friends/family with your money?"

and keep up with the daily/hourly drops of "did you know XX billion of your tax dollars are going to this insane, almost made-up sounding initiative."

While pursuing change of laws in Congress this also needs to be pursued in the Courts and I suspect that is in the works. First Appeals and then SCOTUS if need be to see where the Executive Branch can get latitude.

The answer to this judicial overreach to malicious compliance.

With the treasury example, I would lock out anyone not explicitly named by the judge as having authority to access the system.

Then when the judge orders they be granted access, I would enable their accounts but forbid them to do any task for which the judge didn't include explicit work instructions.

If the courts want to run the executive branch, bury them in paper.

It amazes me how the left had no problem when the president used executive power to control the citizens yet are besides themselves when the president tries to control the government, his primary task as the head of the executive branch.
The best way to keep evil men from wielding great power is to not create great power in the first place.

So, he ignored the courts.

I agree. Comgress has too much power in the operation of the executive branch.

The absurdity of the court to demand the executive hire, fire or soend money in any particular way is baffling.

So, he ignored the courts.
No, he used a different law. The courts didn't say he couldn't do what he did, they just said that he used the wrong law/power.

Again, I don't like it but it's more nuanced than you want it to be.

Wow who pissed in your Wheaties. Oh thats, right all your posting is hypocritical. Then you throw a fit when you get called out.

No, the child like responses where in 2020. When Biden went nuts with EO's that were highly inflationary.--"Cause they weren't Trump". I bet you cheered like a little school girl in those days. Your posting sure reflects that.

Why dont you man up and be honest for once. Everything happening today is occurring due to the Democrat's heavy handed response back then. Everything from canceling Trumps security clearances to and gutting domestic energy.

But as usual you forgot about that. And cant even understand that those actions would have serious consequences in the future. Well the future is now here and the dems are going to pay for launching the "Precedent War"
