Or just incorporate the name of the city already there. Boca Chica.
Many, many years ago my family vacationed for a week at a house owned by a snowbird who was a friend of the family. The house was in Boca Chica. No one knew where that was. And with good reason.
It quite literally was in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Just three or four streets with tiny brick houses built in the 50s or early 60s. There was a clubhouse there, with a pool that was not maintained. It was supposed to be this impressive new development but I guess the developer ran out of money or couldn't interest many people in being that isolated. Our family always laughs about how weird it was.
Imagine my surprise a few years ago when I read in the WSJ about SpaceX and Boca Chica.
On Google Maps today, you can still see the little houses. Still in the middle of nowhere except now there are SpaceX warehouses, offices and trailers all around.
