I would say this is a huge fu to conservative voters of this state. The 2026 election needs to be a referendum on these RINOs and their blatant disregard for Party rules and procedures.

I hope they keep it up and that conservatives are good and ticked going into the next election.

99% of Texans cannot tell you who their State Rep is.

It's both the blessing and the curse of the state leg only meeting every other year. On the one hand they generally can't screw things up too bad. On the other hand the people are equally unaware.

We're a month into the legislative session and here's the only stuff the Burrows regime has done so far.
1) pass a resolution praising Beyonce
2) empower 6 Democrats with committee chairmanships (in violation of GOP rules)
3) give the Democrats co-equal power in the rest of the committees as vice-chairs
4) vote themselves extra-long weekends

Emailed my State Rep and Senator. Doubt it will do any good....

Told Senator Betancourt (one of the good guys and an Aggie to boot) that the Texas R party needs to get vocal and censure, boot them from the party, or run ads, fund challengers.

Ridiculous that a Red state like Texas gets held hostage by the dems and a few RINOs.

Yeah, like Brad Buckley from Texas A&M? The guy who violated his oath to vote for the speaker with the most votes from the republican caucus? The guy who voted to share committees with democrats?
