I think if a woman proves that she can think critically, removing emotion from that process - then there should be no reason that she should be precluded from the positions that you mentioned.

I agree but it goes the other way too. Women tend to side with the "underdog", victim, underserved, what-have-you, as long as it's convenient. When they marry and have children, their emotional capital shifts to their families and that typically means a more pragmatic approach to the world (unless they have weird family members that intersect in the Venn diagram, in which case they double down on liberalism.)

This makes men better suited to some roles and women better suited toward others. Better suited does not mean incapable - it merely means a task is likely to be easier for one group to excel at & thus the highest performers are likely to be over represented in that group.
