Are you familiar with Title IX?

Biden forced Texas to be invaded. 15 million illegal border crossings during Biden's term. Biden actively fought Abbott and AG Paxton in court on this. Biden launched countless lawsuits to even remove deterrents in Texas like buoys. The constitution says that the federal government will protect the states from invasion. Biden actively aided and abetted the invasion.Ag_of_08 said:

OK. Then Title IX is gone. I mean if there is no consistent definition of "woman," there cannot be any discrimination.rgag12 said:
Honestly, Maine is going to win that court case at the Supreme Court. Unless Congress passes a law outlawing men in women's sports then they can do what they want to, even if there is an EO.
If it saves Women's Sports then yes! Title IX is the law.Ag_of_08 said:

The only stick Trump has is funding.

This trans deal is somehow targeted at specific leaders. It's inexplicable political position to take.

When fleas on a dog get alarmed, they will tend to try to escape to the underside of the animal. To catch them, turn the dog on his back and watch the fleas run off the belly to the back. Then turn the dog back on his legs and the fleas will race back to the belly. In other words you can get them run to where you want and expose themselves if you keep repeating this process. I call it "flipping the dog".93MarineHorn said:It's fascinating. Trump is giving them the "out" and a chance to let this losing issue die, but their TDS is too much to overcome.akm91 said:

I'm not familiar with title IX too well. It seems like the issue is defining what a man and a woman is. Not trying to be a smart ass, but to me unless the definition of the sexes is codified in title IX then the states can skirt around anything in there in regards to letting men play women's sports.

Why on earth would we even need to define the sexes? There are only 2.rgag12 said:Ellis Wyatt said:OK. Then Title IX is gone.rgag12 said:

Charlie Kirk says it best. Democrats and the American Left attempted a cultural revolution in the US with the BLM riots. Those riots got some of the most insane Soros funded Democrat district attorneys and judges into office. The damage was not just isolated to the billions in damage and people who were killed and injured in the BLM riots. Thankfully many incumbent Soros DAs and judges have lost like George Gascon, Mike Schmidt, Chesa Boudin, Kim Gardner, Buta Biberaj, and Pamela Price. Desantis removed 2 from office as well in Tampa and Orlando. Democrat Matt Dugan even lost to Republican Stephen Zappala in Pittsburgh Allegheny County. Sadly many were re-elected by low information Democrat voters in urban counties and metro areas across the country.Stat Monitor Repairman said:

He is not the law. He is the president. His job is to execute laws passed by Congress. Executive orders aren't laws.LMCane said:tell us all you don't understand the Constitution or FederalismAg_of_08 said:

That's true. And you never said a peep while Biden ignored all of our immigration laws for four years. He even created policies that were contrary to our laws.Quote:

Maine just handed a GIRLS’ state pole vault title to a male athlete competing in the girls’ division. This is beyond ridiculous & an insult to every girl who’s worked their butt off to earn that title. It’s time to stop rewarding this unfairness.
