Don't be dense; of course they rule on immigration. But I want to know specifically what court order he ignored.

He did no such thing. He used other programs that weren't subject to the SCOTUS decision to forgive student loan debt. We can certainly debate about whether he should have done that (it would be a short debate because he shouldn't have), but it didn't defy any court order.

When one President can ignore his responsibilities and let millions of illegals into the country but it requires that each deportation be presided over and authorized by a judge, we have not country left.

We ought to flood their neighbohoods with these violent invaders. Now is the time to use one of the lefts standard tactics. We need to be right outside their house 24/7 applying maximum pressure. Somebody posted a poll that 97% of the public supported deportations of criminal aliens. These two are scumbags. The fact they had to do it in the middle of the night on a weekend shows they know they are scum too !! As a white guy I am sooo sick of white women. They are the herpes of humanity. In terms of danger to America they are right behind or tied with the CCP. However, they are 100% ahead of the russians !!!Old Sarge said:
Chief Justice Roberts is compromised, and Barrett came in under the guise of being conservative, but is a leftist snake in the grass.
Both are going to work actively to thwart any good the current or any future Administrations try to do to save our country from the vile, evil, and degenerate Leftist DemocRat Party.
This is why I suggested last night that extra-judicial reasons were behind the votes of the 7 Justices who granted the Stay.

And I think they will vacate it tomorrow now that the Fifth Circuit has noted all the procedural defects in their Circuit. https://t.co/yy34ucHNX5
I’m having trouble getting over the fact that Democrats sent a US Senator on a 4.5 hour flight to another country to fight to release a criminal illegal immigrant…

I recently obtained a copy of the Constitution and reading it closely, especially the Amendments 1-5. I don't see any way that the reference to "person" or "persons" doesn't refer to anyone but citizens of the United States of America. The references to "persons" in the first 4 definitely refer to citizens so in the context 5 does also. This is where all the concern about "due process" is coming from. You cannot take "all" to refer to everyone that might be here. It was "all" of certain group and that group was legal citizens of the USA.

The woman power camaraderie coupled with the milquetoast compassionate Bush style conservatism is her style.
Presidents should ignore the Supreme Court? Did that include Biden, Obama, and Clinton, as well? Or only Trump?TexAgs91 said:HoustonAg9999 said:HTownAg98 said:HoustonAg9999 said:HTownAg98 said:

Trump should not ignore laws he doesn't like. Courts don't make laws, remember? He should ignore politically motivated SCOTUS rulings that undermine the executive office's authorities.

Trump should take the worst of the worst and most violent criminals that SCOTUS wouldn't let him deport and drop them off at the driveways of all these judges.

How long does it take a court in Eagle Pass or Del Rio to send an illegal back when caught? Hours….. Just line them up one after another 24/7 and go.
