Now, what abuse of power is Trump offering in exchanged for the phone? Did he promise some level of influence? Information? Trying to understand how things corruption and not a marketing deal.

No president in modern times has personally sacrificed to the degree Trump has in order to serve the nation...plenty about him not to like, but I've got to give him that. It's not even close.

Hell, half of America would have celebrated with glee if his head had exploded on live TV in Butler, PA. It's not just financial/lifestyle sacrifice...tens of millions believe he's the lovechild of Hitler and Satan and fantasize about his death.

I don't see the big deal about this. One would assume there is a market for something like this. And it's not like it's the President himself that's doing it, but the kids. It's not something I'd buy, but I could see someone like my sister being all over this.

Where is the so-called corruption here?

1. This is being done by the company.
2. The phone doesn't reference him being President. All it says is "Make America Great Again" along with his name.
3. It's all public and in the light, and clearly doesn't violate any laws on the books.

I mean, I won't buy it (nor will I buy a Trump watch or a Trump coin or anything else), but there's nothing ethically or legally wrong here.

I'll buy the Trump phone once I finalize my summer home purchase in Greenland, USA.
