It could be many reasons, including not caring who they shot, not hitting their intended target, intentionally aiming at detainees. Too early to know.

Agree. If I had to make a guess right now, I'd say this was a cartel hit. And perhaps there was someone else on the roof with the sniper who offed the sniper after the fact and got the hell outta there. Bad enough shot to miss ICE but good enough to put down two detainees clean. Just a guess.

That's terrible for the illegal immigrants who were killed. At this point, we should close the border to prevent this type of issue. Had the border been closed, this wouldn't have happened to those illegal immigrants. If it saves one life...
