Grand jury has NOT voted to indict. Order of wording is important.

David Spunt is reporting they just have not voted up or down to indict.

Eastern District of Virginia and appears related to perjury on his testimony on 09/30/2020 where the SOL was due to run out next Tuesday,

Yup. The people that are saying that an indictment is coming are only guessing. Mainly because the 5 year statute of limitations runs out on Sept 30, 2025. So, they have until Tuesday to do it.

I'm not sure I like this one. DC residents are not going to convict, so Trump will look bad here. Should have started with some lower level guys that work in Texas for the FBI, I think (as an example. Don't overcharge, but I would think that there was SOMEONE in a red state with their hand in the cookie jar).

If Comey lied, you better have him red handed.

I still think you have a hard time getting a unanimous conviction in today's climate in Virginia, but, that would be a lot better than DC DCT.
