One of the reasons I use a chase bass pro card. When I need to speak to someone it's always an American in Lincoln Nebraska.

When we received the package we realized they got our order mixed up with someone else's. My wife called their customer service number and someone answered the phone. She didn't have to press 1 or anything just a person answered the phone and had an American accent. She said we got the wrong item and the guy said we could keep it and we received the correct item the next day. So if you have a pilot friend or family, Speedy's had awesome customer service.


I got good service from Insinkerator, the garbage disposal company. I wanted to replace my 7 year old machine as I am likely to put my house on rent this year. Ordered from Lowe's and got the unit, removed the old one and installed the new one. Turned it on, it hummed but did not spin. Tried many troubleshooting actions, nothing worked. Called the number, got a person without any menu choices, he got my details, said he would send me an email and I had to take a picture of the serial number and reply and they would ship me a new one. That is it. I got confirmation the next day and I am waiting for the replacement. I still have the non-working brand new machine at home. May just end up selling it on FB Marketplace, there are people who will buy and fix themselves.

It's so freaking frustrating to be making these calls and dealing with foreigners with heavy accents. I love when they're Indian and say their name is something like Joe or David.

I've been dealing with Xfinity now for two days. I've spent almost six hours in live chat or on the phone. I have been transferred to twenty-one different people and am no closer to resolving the issue than I was before I contacted them.
