It's near instant. If you haven't seen one of the reflex sites in action, go to your local gun shop (or current modern video game). They're a massive leap in ease of shooting/marksmanship.

I am waiting for facts. If he reached for it he deserved to get shot. I doubt they just shot him in hopes he was armed. If they saw the gun and he made any movement toward it out that idiot down.

A simple internet search will show countless people being assaulted that are American citizens.

I thought of you carried you had to have ID but don't know all the gun laws because I don't carry.

If you are legally carrying and the cops interact with you, you give them a heads up you have a gun and disarm if they ask. If you hide the fact you have a gun while interacting with cops, that is perceived you might use it against them.

Texas requires you to carry id if you carry a firearm.

Maybe his gun was controlling him because we know that guns kill people.

Again, people properly trained would have one of the 6 fat guys (probably some with criminal records) frisk him and remove the gun. He has a right to carry firearms.

I'm sure that when Kristi Noem gets on her podium with her frozen face and tells everyone that he pulled a gun on them, you'll say that's a fact even when the video shows exactly what we saw.

Thank God we have the internet and can see these videos and judge for ourselves. If we didn't, we would be EXACTLY like Germany in the 1940's.

Your ability to reason is flawed.

Failing to follow the lawful order of police can create the use of force by police.

Carrying a firearm while failing to follow a lawful order creates another chance for use of force by police.

Failing to carry an identification demonstrates that you were not complying with the law when you arrived.
