If he was actually arrested and booked, then he would most definitely be released with no charges. All you saw was a quick video and you are using it to make some grand statement.
If an agent does something illegal while in Minnesota, you get the badge number and file an official complaint or take care of it civilly.
But this bull**** where you have insurrectionists surrounding federal officers, attacking federal officers, impeding federal officers in their official duties, and then resisting arrest? I'm sorry, but you are dealing with PEOPLE. These federal officers are sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters. They did not escalate this. The insurrectionists who have flooded that city are responsible for the escalation.
When dealing with the fog of war these insurrectionists are creating, sometimes the wrong person is detained or arrested. These federal officers, who are only human, have the capacity to make mistakes. You only increase the chance for tragedy when you attack them and hunt them down.
